Information you choose to share
A solar enquiry asks for your name and phone number. You may also add a district, electricity bill amount, system preference and project notes. The service portal asks for contact, site and issue details, with optional system information. Share only what is needed for your enquiry; do not send passwords, OTPs, bank credentials or unrelated identity documents.
Website enquiries and WhatsApp
The website enquiry form prepares a message in your browser and opens WhatsApp. Solwiz receives that message when you send it in WhatsApp. Opening the message is not confirmation that an enquiry has been received. WhatsApp handles the handoff under its own terms and privacy settings. You may call or email us instead.
Other forms and service requests
The full-browser enquiry alternative uses a Google-hosted form. The service form is hosted at login.solwizenergy.com and sends submitted details to the Solwiz service system. These services and the website host process requests needed to provide their pages. An embedded service form can contact its host when the support page opens. Review the destination and share only the details relevant to your request.
How enquiry information is used
Information you send is used to respond to your enquiry, discuss a site survey or proposal, and assess or follow up on service concerns. Equipment, site photos and issue descriptions help the team understand the request. Please ask us before sending sensitive documents or details about another person.
Storage and deletion questions
Messages and submitted requests may remain in the communication or service system used for the enquiry and its follow-up. There is no single retention period stated here for every channel. Contact us to ask what information is held for your enquiry, request correction or deletion, or discuss any record that needs to be retained. We may need enough information to identify the relevant request. Copies held by third-party services are also subject to their own controls.
Optional website analytics
Optional analytics is off until you enable it below, and runs only if this website has an analytics account configured. The website records categorical actions such as opening support or preparing a WhatsApp enquiry separately from a received request. Form names, phone numbers and message text are not included in the site's custom analytics events. Your preference is stored in this browser; changing it does not delete information already sent to an analytics provider.
